YOUR ZARA HOME ACCOUNT
At Zara Home you can shop as a registered customer.
Signing up is easy and your details will be saved in your account for future purchases.
If you would like to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service department.
NEWSLETTER SUSBSCRIPTION
You can subscribe to the ZARA HOME Newsletter by filling in the form that appears when you click on the “Newsletter” button. In doing so, you will receive information about ZARA HOME products, clothing items and recent events. You can find the form by clicking on "newsletter" in your user account or on the menu on our website.
To cancel your subscription on our Newsletter you can easily do so by clicking on “Newsletter” on the menu and completing the details under “I want to unsubscribe” and select “Send”.
There are other ways to unsubscribe from it:
- Select “Unsubscribe” in the form in the Newsletter section.
- Access subscription settings in “My Account”, go to the “Newsletter” section and uncheck the relevant box. Click on Accept to confirm the change.
- Click on the link that appears at the end of every Newsletter, which will redirect you to another page where you will have to enter your e-mail address and click “unsubscribe”.
Please note that the Newsletter subscription process may take a few days for the request to become effective.
MY WISHLIST
You can save your favorite items in your WISHLIST and always have them to hand.
To use this option you must be a registered customer.
You can save your favorite items in your WISHLIST by clicking the heart icon on each item. You can create different WISHLISTS and modify them. Please note that the stock of the items is not reserved.
If you decide to complete the purchase, you will need to add the items to the basket and follow the usual payment process.
ORDER MODIFICATION
It is not possible to modify the content or delivery method of a completed order. However, if the order has not reached the final stages of preparation for dispatch, you can cancel it and make a new purchase with the correct information. Please keep in mind that some of the products may have been sold in the meantime.
