YOUR ZARA HOME ACCOUNT
At Zara Home you can shop as a guest or registered customer.
Signing up is easy and your details will be saved in your account for future purchases.
If you shop as a guest, you will find your details and the details of your order in your confirmation email.
If you would like to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service department.
ZARA HOME QR
This QR code identifies you as a user both on zarahome.com and in our Zara Home stores.
With it you will be able to see your online and in-store purchases on your zarahome.com account.
If you have an account on our website and have shopped as a registered user, all your purchases will be automatically linked to this QR regardless of the device you use (App, Website or Mobile Website).
In our shops, you can link your purchases by showing this QR code at checkout. The purchase will be linked to your account and the receipt will be stored there in electronic format.
You can find the QR as follows:
- On the website or mobile website: Log in to your account and go to the "Personal details" section, where you can view your QR.
- On the app: The code will be directly visible when you log in to your account.
To check your purchases on any device, just log in to "My account" and go to the "Purchases" section. At the top you can see your online and in-store purchases.
MODIFYING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Please remember that you can only modify or cancel your order before it reaches the final stages of preparation for dispatch.
MY PRODUCT LIST
You can save your favourite items in your LIST and always have them to hand.
To use this option you must be a registered customer.
You can save your favourite items in your LIST by clicking the heart icon on each item. You can create different LISTS and modify them.
If you decide to complete the purchase, you will need to add the items to the basket and follow the usual payment process.
