Mini pumpkins or 1 medium pumpkin

sweet onion

red pepper

spinach

Emmental cheese
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Julienne the onion and dice the pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan and sauté the onion until soft and translucent. Add the diced pepper and fry for around 3 min.
