Ingredients

  • 1 tofu
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 200 g red berries
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 lime

Preparation

  • Heat the sugar and water in a saucepan. Add the vanilla and leave to infuse over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat, add the lemon and red berries and leave to cool.
  • Serve a portion of tofu in soup plates, drizzle the top with the hot syrup and garnish with flowers.
