Ingredients

cucumbers
200 g
Greek yogurt
1 clove
of garlic
1
lemon for zesting
juice of ½
lemon
salt flakes
mint and dill
black pepper (peppercorns and ground)
olive oil
For dipping
Crudités and pita bread
Place the grated cucumber on a clean tea towel and remove the excess water.
Crush the garlic in a mortar and chop the dill and mint.
Finally, serve the tzatziki with pita bread or crudités.
