Summer salad

Ingredients

red onion

apple vinegar
100 ml
warm water

sugar
1 tsp
salt
½ tsp
peppercorns

peaches or nectarines
4
plums
200 g
cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
honey
juice of ½
lemon
1
block of feta cheese
4
large basil leaves
4
fresh mint leaves
Cut the peaches and plums in half. Remove the stones and cut into quarters.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
In another bowl, mix the olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper to make a vinaigrette.
