SUSHI PRESS

Press made of acacia wood for preparing oshi sushi or pressed sushi, which is a type of sushi different from the rolled variety. It has a rectangular, elongated shape with a hollow base where the ingredients are placed, a lid that is pressed to compact the sushi, and slots on the sides, 35cm apart, serving as a guide to cut even portions.
