Bruschetta
WITH TOMATO AND MOZZARELLA ON BAGUETTE

Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 1 mozzarella ball
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 3 slices of Serrano ham
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
Preparation
- Cut the baguettes lengthwise and spread garlic on them. Add the diced mozzarella and the sliced tomatoes.
- Add the serrano ham, a good splash of olive oil and garnish with a little rosemary.
- Grill in the oven for 15 minutes.
