Rustic tart

WITH RASPBERRY, STRAWBERRY AND WHITE CHOCOLATE

Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp ground almonds
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 1 bar of white chocolate
  • 1 lemon, squeezed

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, mix together the flour, brown sugar, ground almonds and one egg.
  • Add the butter, cut into small pieces, and mix by hand with quick movements until you achieve a homogenous dough.
  • Roll out the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them in half. In a bowl, mix them together with the raspberries, brown sugar and lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of ground almonds in the centre. Add the white chocolate and then the fruit.
  • Fold the edges over the fruit and brush the dough with an egg wash. Finish off by sprinkling brown sugar all over the top.
  • Bake for 30 min. at 180ºC.
