Ingredients

avocado
2 tbsp
honey
1 tbsp
olive oil
1 handful
of spinach
1 stalk
of celery
1
lime
1
cucumber
A pinch
of cinnamon

apples
Method
Peel the apples and the celery. Remove the avocado stone. Combine in a bowl with the spinach, two tbsp of honey, one tbsp of olive oil and a pinch of cinnamon. Squeeze the lime. Blend everything in an electric mixer.

Serve cold with ice cubes and decorate with cucumber skewers.
