SUSHI MOLD

Pressed mold made of acacia wood for making oshi sushi or pressed sushi, which is a different type of sushi than rolled sushi. It has a rectangular and elongated shape with a hollow base where the ingredients are placed, a lid that is pressed to compact the sushi and stripes on the sides 13.8" apart that serve as a guide for cutting uniform portions.
