Wash and prepare the fruit. Peel the kiwi and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut the peaches in half. Remove the stones and cut into 8 slices.

Chill the whipped cream in the refrigerator.

To prepare the sandwiches, spread some cream on the slices and place the fruit in the centre, forming a diagonal line.

Cover the fruit with more cream. Top with another slice of bread and remove any excess cream from the edges with a spatula.
Wrap the sandwiches in film and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Unwrap the sandwiches and cut diagonally so you can see the fruit.
