Lemonade
WITH HIBISCUS, GRAPEFRUIT AND CORIANDER SYRUP

Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 1 grapefruit
- 100 g sugar
- 100 ml of water (normal or sparkling water)
- 1 tbsp of dried hibiscus
- 3 sprigs of coriander
- The peel of 2 apples
Preparation
- Mix the sugar, water and hibiscus in a saucepan. Heat until it boils. Strain and leave to cool.
- Cut all the fruit into quarters.
- Place the fruit in a jug, add the hibiscus syrup and fill with water. Mix well and serve very cold with ice.
