We would therefore like to inform you that items with the references: 7645/049/052, 7665/049/251, 1668/049/999 and 6674/049/052 are in the process of recall following the detection of a potential safety risk.
As a precautionary measure it is important that, if you have purchased these items - either at our physical stores or on our online platforms - you stop using them and contact us through our Customer Service team or in any of our stores to arrange for their return and subsequent refund. You don't need to provide a receipt.
If you purchased the item in store and request home collection, we will contact you to process the refund.
